1/2 inch ginger/garlic
1 lotus leaf (soaked 15 mins in boiling water)
2 canned ready-to-eat abalone (optional)
Marinate:
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
white pepper to taste
